Shipping Policy

 
Thank you for visiting 1UpRetro and being part of all this retro fun! Our small team is dedicated to making sure you are happy with your purchase!  We do our best to get your order shipped on the same business day. We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the U.S.  Here are the details:

Free Shipping – All orders get free standard shipping to anywhere in the US.

Flat Rate Shipping (for Faster Delivery) –  If you’d like to receive your items even quicker, you can upgrade your shipping at checkout. A small fee applies.

Shipping Carriers – We ship all our products via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Mostly USPS. We feel confident that they deliver items quickly and in good condition. However, if you receive an item late, or in poor condition, we will gladly make it right.

Delivery Days

Standard / Free Shipping – Packages are typically shipped using USPS and normally arrive within 4-6 business days, but can take up to 10 business days (excluding holidays).

Priority Shipping – If you want your package a little bit quicker, we offer a Priority Shipping option that will get your package to you in 2-3 business days.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking – Shortly after your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email with a link that helps you track your package on the shipping company website.
